We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when registering on our app, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our services, or participating in activities within the app.
Account Details: When you register or create a profile, we collect personal information such as your name and email address to create and manage your account securely.
App Progress & Learning Statistics: We track your lesson completions, experience points (XP), weekly achievements, learning track selections, and daily streak statistics to maintain and sync your learning journey across devices.
Device Identifiers: We collect device-specific information (such as your mobile device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers) to troubleshoot bugs and deliver features like push notifications.
2. Third-Party Services & Integrations
To ensure high quality, stability, and monetization of our services, we utilize trusted third-party providers:
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device advertising identifiers (such as Android's Advertising ID or iOS's IDFA) to personalize or measure the effectiveness of ads. You can manage personalization settings in your device's operating system settings.
Sentry Crash Reporting: We use Sentry to detect, monitor, and diagnose software crashes and exceptions. Sentry collects system-level diagnostic logs, device types, operating systems, and basic crash traces to help us fix errors quickly. No passwords or sensitive inputs are sent to Sentry.
Claude AI (Anthropic): The AI Mentor features in the app communicate directly with our secure backend, which interfaces server-side with Claude APIs. Your personal details are not exposed to the AI model unless explicitly input by you during discussions.
3. Data Protection and Encryption
We are committed to securing your data. We implement standard industry security practices, including:
Encryption in Transit: All communications between the mobile application and our servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) HTTPS protocols.
Secure On-Device Storage: Auth tokens are stored on your device using hardware-backed keychains (SecureStore) to prevent unauthorized access.
Database Isolation: User profiles and analytics data are hosted in secure database networks with restricted administrative access.
4. Account and Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. We provide a direct, automated option to delete your account permanently:
Inside the app, navigate to Settings -> Delete Account.
Confirming this action will immediately and permanently delete your user profile, email address, password hashes, learning tracks, XP, and streak records from our databases. This action is irreversible.
5. Children's Information
OraDev does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our application, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
